Hospitality Consulting Solutions (HCS) was founded in 2023 by Kevin Bowen, a long-time resident of both Summit and Pitkin Counties in Colorado.

Kevin’s background spans from small-large independent hostels and boutique hotels, multi-family condominium associations, to multi-million-dollar single family properties.

Kevin brings 10+ years of hospitality and tourism experience to HCS, holding various positions in nearly every department from front-line staff to owner & director level roles. This extensive background in hotel operations and strategies, HOA and property management, and project management enables HCS to assist streamline operations for both operators and owners alike.
